BOOKING CONDITIONS

When using the booking system provided on our website to book activities or services provided by Giron Reindeer, you will receive a written confirmation with a unique booking number.
This confirmation is your agreement with Giron Reindeer and includes the product, services, dates and terms that you have agreed with Giron Reindeer. Note that you must be at least 18 years of age to book/enter an agreement with Giron Reindeer. Full payment is required at the time of booking. You can cancel your activity up to 8 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund.

 

Loan of warm clothes such as winter overalls, shoes and gloves are included in the price if you wish to use them.
Since our activities are outdoors in forest terrain, next to open fires etc. your clothes might smell from the smoke or our animals afterwards, and we therefore recommend you to use our overalls.

 

Giron Reindeer is not obliged to compensate any damage to your private clothes.

We recommend you to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of travel delays, missed flights, illness etc.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • You can cancel your activity up to 8 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund. Email us at info@gironreindeer.se or cancel the activity in our booking system.
     

  • For non-written cancellations, no show, full charge applies.

 

  • No refunds will be made for cancellations that are made 1-7 days before arrival. In the event of an emergency illness and with a valid sick certificate you can cancel your activity up to 48 hours (2 days) before arrival. We also offer you to change the date up to two years in the future at no extra cost.
     

  • If an unforeseen event or extremely bad weather conditions will cause Giron Reindeer to cancel the activity, you will receive a full refund. In such a case we will contact you personally to inform you about the circumstances and offer alternatives if possible.
     

 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS OUR GUEST

 

  1. Remember that the address and contact details you provide us with when making a booking are our only way of contacting you.
     

  2. Please read your confirmation carefully and check that your activity, date and time, are booked according to your wishes. If not, please contact us immediately to correct any misunderstandings.
     

  3. Be careful to follow any rules and instructions given by our guide before and during the tour. Remember that we are handling living creatures.
     

  4. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact our guide directly to correct any misunderstandings.
     

  5. When making your reservation, please let us know beforehand if you have a food allergy or are disabled in a way that requires special help or precautions.
